We are truly committed to providing the best service we possibly can. At a price that's fair & representative of the value we believe we bring to our customers. To ensure we get to continue doing what we love there may be occasions when we need to charge additional fees for the additional time it takes to process things out of our control. We always aim to communicate these clearly and up–front but this is not possible 100% of the time. Please note some of the common occurences that can cause us considerable delays in completing your order:

1. Filing and sorting is welcome. Micro-batching and mixed media batches, less so.
