And this is why we have pioneered a collection method which gives you additional peace of mind when collecting your photos. Our standard UK collection service includes overnight courier by the market leading UPS. We send you everything you need for the collection including either a shipping mailer or shipping boxe(s), pre-paid shipping labels and an Apple AirTag. If you're not familiar with these, AirTags are small digital trackers that connect to the cellular and WiFi network, relaying their precise location back to our account. So we can see where your box of photos is at any time during its journey from you to us. For London/M25 and for collections within 30 miles of our office in Marlow, Bucks, we operate a chauffeur collection service byt our very own driver. Door to door collections from your doorstep to ours. Both of these collection methods are included in our price (as is VAT).
