- 120-year archive quality backup DVD with return of your originals
- Each photo provided as an individual JPEG image file
- Films and home movies supplied as MPEG4
- Photos kept in order where possible and correctly rotated
- Batches maintained and clearly numbered, sequentially
- Each item individually inspected for quality assurance
